Custom Fabricated Aluminum:
Plastic Face/Interior Illumination
This lettering is the top of the line in illuminated letters. They are made from .090 (3/32') or .125 (1/8") aluminum which is heliarc welded. The illumination is achieved by neon, powered by a regulation transformer in 120 or 277 volts. An aluminum retainer holds the Plexiglass faces in place.
Custom Fabricated Aluminum:
Backlighted/Internal Illumination
Consider backlit letters when subdued lighting is desired. This lettering is made .090 (3/32") or .125 (1/8") aluminum which is heliarc welded. The illumination is achieved by neon, powered by a regulation transformer in 120 or 277 volts. We recommend our A-10 Polyurethane and duranodic finishes.
Custom Fabricated Aluminum:
Channel Construction/Non-Illuminated
If you project requires non-illuminated lettering, this is the highest quality in craftmanship and appearance that you can buy. The lettering is made .090 (3/32") or .125 (1/8") aluminum which is heliarc welded and finished in our A-10 Polyurethane or natural grain satin finishes.
