Sign International, Inc. offers two varieties of plastic letters: formed plastic letters and injection molded plastic letters. Injection molded plastic letters have sharper edges than the formed letters, and are often used in place of cast letters. However, there are many more styles of formed plastic letters than there are of injection molded plastic letters.
